Albin Metals AB is a company with the amibition to be a reliable, competitive partner, and with a high degree of competence and know-how. The company is aiming for a structural change in the market of hot stamped and machined products. The company will, after identified aquisitions, become one of the leeding suppliers in Europe, concerning turnover and knowledge.This creates a solid base for the coming steps that are currently being planned for and that will bring stable revenues to the owners. Financial resources has been granted through an emission, and will be used for investments as well as aquisitions. Through a transparent business plan, each key area will be built for efficiency, where all possible synergies shall be identified and implemented.

Market*
The market concerning hot stamped and machined parts in Sweden has a total turnover of approximately 750 to 1 000 mkr. The total turnover in Europe is estimated to 25 – 30 times more. The number of suppliers is very limited and in Sweden most of those are privately owned, with change of ownership expected within a few years. The customers are to be found in the heavy vehicle sector, sanitary and heating, industry, energy and marine. The outlook for consolidation is extremely good!
